While working for AIDS Services I have received numerous calls from people in serious crisis situations. They are people just like you and me who have nowhere to turn to. These calls have come from people who have just been diagnosed with HIV, some are looking to escape domestic violence situations while others are looking for assistance with their utility bill. I am proud to say that I work for an agency that never says "We can't help you. Goodbye." We really try to do everything we can to get people the help they need without hesitation.
