The Albany Diocese serves fourteen counties in the Upstate Region. Unfortunately, Catholic Charities AIDS Services does not have the staffing or funding to provide services in every county. The peer program allows Project Safe Point (PSP) to reach those in need of our syringe exchange services through trained peers in outlying counties where we do not deliver services.
