I recently completed six months as QA Specialist at Catholic Charities AIDS Services. I have learned a great deal about our agency’s mission, just by being in the midst of the activity in our case management programs.

Working ‘behind the scenes’ at Catholic Charities AIDS Services in a more administrative function, I don’t have much contact with our clients other than a friendly greeting when passing them in our office reception area.
