Client Assistance Program

The Catholic Charities AIDS Services Client Assistance Program consists of four components:

  • Emergency Financial Assistance: monetary assistance for rent, utilities, medical, funeral or other needs for which there are no alternative funding streams for which the client is eligible.

  • Personal Care & Household Item Closet: through membership with the Regional Food Bank and adoption of the agency by local churches and businesses throughout the year, personal care and household items are stocked for case managers and transportation coordinators to access for those in need where income cannot be stretched adequately.

  • Seasonal Assistance: monetary assistance for school clothes and supplies, summer camp tuition, weatherizing kits, winter clothing (i.e., coats, boots, etc) and holidays.

  • Socialization Support: events at each site that encourage clients to gather and share experiences. This may be a workshop or informational session, in a focus group format to gather input or other type of a social event.
