The Catholic Charities AIDS Services Ryan White Part D Outreach Program is intended to engage women, women with children and men under 24 years of age into obtaining services. The participants may either already be diagnosed with HIV or suspect they are. Our worker engages them in a brief intake and assessment process and then refers them for care. The worker monitors the participants' access to care and ensures that follow through has occurred.
